What do you do when you look at yourself differently than how others see you?
Like a mirror, others see you at face value.
You appear to them as a boy or as a girl. That’s only superficial appearances.
The truth is much richer, robust and colorful.
Gender isn’t black and white.
Gender isn’t binary.
Gender isn’t what’s between your legs – it’s more about what’s between your ears.
Gender is a spectrum. Along this spectrum are varying degrees of what’s masculine or feminine expression.
Where do you fall on this spectrum?
What do you do about it?
As a gender care therapist, I’m here to provide a place for you to explore your identity or your expression.
What does masculine expression look like to you? What does ‘being a woman’ mean to you?
You can practice and try out your identity and expression in a place that will be fun, nonjudgmental, and all about you.
You’ll gain resources that will help you in the “real world.”
You’ll learn how to cope with the struggles that come from the outside – from people who aren’t accepting and treat diversity as a four-letter word.
You’ll work on the traumas or conflicts you’ve experienced so far that keep you from fully embracing yourself, your identity, and expression.
