About Therapy

Think with me for a moment…

Close your eyes and remember the moment you felt most happy.

What happened?

How did the moment look?

Was there a smell, a taste, or touch involved?

Who was there with you?

Where did you feel it your body?

Remembering happiness…

Is this memory so clear you can remember all these things about it?

Or has it been so long since you felt happy… that none of these questions seem relevant at all?

Were you ever afraid to be happy? Because… well, let’s face it: Every time something happy happened, something wrong came right after it.

Maybe walking on eggshells has been your pastime?

What if…

You could change that image?

Blow away those eggshells?

Feel happy when happiness happened?

Bloom to life…

Life is difficult sometimes.

Bloom to life means that no matter what ‘dirt’ you came out of there’s always hope, growth, and purpose to gain from it.

After all, it is the manure that helps the seeds to grow. Sometimes you rise from it on your own and sometimes you need a little help.

Working with couples…

I have gained a passion for making relationships ‘feel good’ and working with couples using the Gottman Method.

Gottman Method works because it not only addresses the communication skills that go astray, but it also helps the friendship that was once there, now lost, come back to life.

I hope for all my couples a partner connection that can’t be broken.

Working with individuals…

I’ve worked with people with addictions…

… and with people who are desperately trying to identify who they are…

… with those trying to bring back the person inside them who was once happy…

… and people fraught with trauma and anxiety.

I hope you’ll give me the opportunity to work with you.
